All Issues, workspace redesign, and localization hardening

Site Audit gained an All Issues report: every detected issue grouped by importance, with Actual / New / All tracked / Turned off views, per-issue detail pages, and per-project issue settings.
New breadcrumb project switcher and run comparison — the freshest completed crawl is compared against the previous one by default.
The logged-in workspace was rebuilt around a left navigation rail with hover flyouts; the SEO overview and a richer Site Audit landing now guide first-time setup.
Homepage competitor comparisons were re-verified against first-party sources, and meta descriptions were tightened for search snippets.
Every locale (English plus 8 translations) is now enforced by automated checks that fail the build on untranslated or mixed-language content.

Project SEO metrics show transparent states instead of placeholder numbers while data is still being collected.
